Rakib Md Habibullah, Founder and AI Engineer
His path has moved from SEO to software development and now AI systems engineering: from helping businesses be found online, to building software, to designing systems that support business workflows.
Rakib thinks from first principles: understanding the work, questioning assumptions, and asking why a process works the way it does before choosing a tool. His curiosity connects business, technology, and creative work. He learns by building, uses diagrams to make complex ideas clearer, and compares tradeoffs as he turns ideas into practical systems. He balances ambition with attention to feasibility, risk, and available resources.
In 2024–2025, Rakib did freelance work with consultancies on systems for their clients. He built multi-step AI workflows and integrations to connect business tools and automate repeat steps using Zapier and software automation. These engagements gave him hands-on experience designing and implementing AI systems while he continued developing his engineering skills.
FlowOS is Implaxis’s proprietary AI memory system. It is designed to help workflows retain business context, instructions, and rules across steps, so that guidance can carry through the work.
Today, Rakib leads Implaxis’s AI-supported delivery. He works with business owners to understand repeated manual work, connect existing tools, and identify where AI may help. For managed work, he directs delivery, reviews and approves each client deliverable before it is sent or published, and remains accountable for it. For a system build, he reviews the handoff and initial examples; after handoff, the client operates the workflow and reviews routine outputs. The aim is to help businesses save time, manage costs, and get more work done.

People remain responsible for the business facts and decisions. A client data or content owner confirms source accuracy and permissions. When an exception, missing fact, or conflict changes what can safely be said or done, the work is held for the named owner. Client teams review routine output after a system is handed over, while client approvers decide whether public or consequential actions may proceed.
Start from the work, not a preset tool
The first conversation identifies the process or wider opportunity. A paid Workflow Audit examines one process; a paid Business AI Audit considers wider business opportunities. Implaxis quotes the fee after discovery. The report maps the current work, states assumptions, recommends a suitable next step, and proposes scope, price, and stages. You can stop with the report; the full audit fee is credited if you proceed with a final service.
If you continue, the proposal defines who operates the system or managed work, which sources and permissions are needed, where review happens, and how exceptions are handled. Implaxis retains the systems and workflows it builds under the standard model; you may request an export of your data. Complete system ownership is a separate, substantially higher-priced option. Support and ongoing responsibilities are set for each project.
Tools are selected to fit the process: ordinary software rules for defined checks, AI to organize or draft information where useful, and people to review or decide. The audit checks sources, permissions, risk, and operating needs before recommending a workflow.
