Implaxis AICustom AI workflows for business work

Know the next step before work begins

Implaxis starts by understanding one recurring process or a wider business question. You can discuss a system your team may operate or defined work you want Implaxis to perform. Discovery clarifies the need and identifies the right paid audit.

Discuss a workflow · Compare the paid audits

1. Tell us about the work

Send a short note describing the process or business question and the service area that seems relevant. Do not send passwords, API keys, client datasets, or sensitive files with an inquiry. The founder reviews the note and replies the same day to arrange discovery.

2. Discuss the process and audit scope

Discovery clarifies what happens today, which people and tools are involved, what information is available, and what decision or output would help. Choose a paid Workflow Audit for one process or a Business AI Audit for broader opportunities across the business. The audit fee is quoted after discovery, based on the agreed scope.

3. Review the audit report

The report maps the current process and recommends improvements with assumptions behind any possible value. It includes a workflow diagram showing where AI, ordinary software checks, and people fit, plus a proposed implementation scope, price, and delivery stages. A Business AI Audit also ranks wider opportunities. You receive useful findings even if you decide not to continue.

You can stop after the report. If you purchase the final service, the full audit fee is credited against it. The credit is applied to the service; it is not a cash refund.

4. Choose a build or defined managed work

For a system your team operates, Implaxis agrees the inputs, permissions, tools, review points, acceptance criteria, and support before building. The Control Center is preferred where it fits; client tools or another interface may suit the work better. Build and setup have a separate fee from monthly hosting, monitoring, and maintenance. Your team runs the workflow after handoff and reviews routine output.

For managed work, Implaxis performs named tasks under a custom quote. The scope defines sources, output, frequency, approvals, exceptions, and support. The quote covers the agreed recurring work and support, with no separate system setup charge. For public or consequential actions, the client’s approver makes the decision.

5. Review the work and responsibilities

The founder directs AI-assisted delivery and reviews and approves every client deliverable before it is sent or published. If a source is missing, permission is unclear, or an exception needs judgment, the work is held for the named owner. A client team validates its business definitions and decisions.

Under the standard system model, Implaxis retains the systems and workflows it builds. You may request an export of your data. Complete system ownership is a separately scoped, substantially higher-priced option; transfer details are set in the actual agreement. Monitoring, maintenance, exception handling, and support are defined for each project.
