Choose the right scope
Workflow Audit — one process. Bring a named workflow such as inquiry follow-up, support review or document entry. Implaxis maps how it works now, notes friction and needed information, recommends improvements with an estimate of possible value and the assumptions behind it, and diagrams the proposed workflow. The report sets out a possible implementation scope, price and delivery stages.
Business AI Audit — wider opportunities. Review work across the business to identify and rank possible projects by fit and estimated value, with assumptions and uncertainty shown. The report includes process and workflow detail for selected priorities, plus the proposed scope, price and stages for moving ahead.
What the report gives you
- A map of the current process and its important inputs, handoffs and review points.
- Recommended improvements and possible value, with the assumptions behind each estimate.
- A workflow diagram showing where AI, standard software checks and people fit.
- A proposed service or system scope, price and delivery stages; the wider audit also ranks opportunities.
Discovery helps select the audit scope and confirm the fee. It is a conversation to understand the requested work, not a substitute for the paid analysis. The report is useful on its own, and you can stop after receiving it.
If you choose a final service, the full audit fee is credited against that service. No implementation begins until its scope, inputs, responsibilities, price and support are agreed.
What may happen next
Implaxis can build a system your team operates or perform defined recurring work as a managed service. For a system build, build and setup are separate from monthly hosting, monitoring and maintenance. Managed work is quoted for the agreed work without a generic setup fee. The audit report explains the proposed route and its price before you decide.
