Implaxis LTD operates the Implaxis website from Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. For privacy questions or requests, contact founder@implaxisai.com.
02 / INFORMATION AND PURPOSE
Only what is needed for the conversation.
If you contact Implaxis by the website form, email or another approved business channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work contact details, organisation, role, message and relevant business context.
We use it only to assess and respond to your enquiry, discuss a requested audit or service, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing without a separate, clear choice.
03 / WEBSITE ENQUIRIES
A controlled, AI-assisted intake process.
The website enquiry form is protected by anti-abuse controls and sends the information you submit to Implaxis's secure Lead Manager. The Lead Manager may use AI assistance to prepare a draft or internal next step from approved company information. It does not automatically send a reply, make a commercial commitment or use your enquiry for marketing.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, financial information, passwords, health information or confidential material that is not needed for a first conversation.
04 / RETENTION, SECURITY AND REQUESTS
Keep it limited and reviewable.
Implaxis retains enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, assess a potential business relationship, keep an appropriate record of the conversation or meet a legal obligation. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes. Enquiry records are kept in a protected runtime service and are not stored in the public website source code.
You may ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of information you have provided by emailing founder@implaxisai.com. We will consider each request in line with applicable law and any lawful record-keeping obligations.
05 / CHANGES
This notice may change as the service changes.
If Implaxis later adds analytics, messaging providers, a customer system or another processor, this notice will be reviewed and updated before that change processes personal information.
