Implaxis AICustom AI workflows for business work

Research & Monitoring

Spend less time rechecking sources; give analysts a cited change digest.

When someone must repeatedly compare selected policies, competitor pages, prices, or public updates, the useful change can be hard to separate from routine wording. Implaxis can build a reviewable system for your analyst to operate or prepare a defined digest for you to review.

Start with discovery, then a paid Workflow Audit for one process or a paid Business AI Audit for wider opportunities. We quote the audit fee after discovery. You can stop after the report; if you buy the final service, the full audit fee is credited against it.

Turn selected changes into a useful next step

Your team chooses the question, sources, period, and analyst. The output can include a source list, cited change digest, exceptions, and a change log. The analyst checks what matters and decides what to do. This service covers selected external sources; for internal business data, see Reports & Business Summaries.

Choose who prepares the digest

For a client-operated system, Implaxis sets up the source list, comparison steps, review queue, and operating notes. Your analyst reviews results and chooses any action. Or Implaxis can prepare a managed digest for an agreed question, sources, and schedule. Coverage depends on source access and the agreed schedule; the analyst chooses any action.

Inputs and workflow

We need the research question, permitted sources or saved copies, comparison period, how often you need updates, and reviewer. We check source access and permission before choosing how to compare them.

  1. Choose the evidence. Record which sources and versions may be used and what question the review should answer.
  2. Find comparable material. Ordinary automation can retrieve agreed sources when access permits, or compare copies the client supplies.
  3. Summarize with references. AI can classify and summarize a change while keeping the source and revision labels attached. Rules flag a missing comparison copy or required citation.
  4. Review before action. The analyst checks relevance and implication, then records the decision. Unclear or unsupported changes remain unconfirmed.

FlowOS Memory can keep the question, source rules, and output requirements with each task. Citations and exceptions stay visible, but a source may be out of date or a change may be missed.

Illustrative workflow

The prepared example compares two saved mock copies of Demo Source A, where support wording changes from weekdays to all seven days. It produces a short summary that names both revisions and cites the saved source copies for an analyst. If the second comparable copy is missing, the result becomes “Change not confirmed,” with no alert or current-availability claim. The analyst decides whether the cited change matters and records any action.

Review, cost, and ownership

For a client-operated build, the founder reviews the handoff and initial examples; your analyst reviews routine output and owns decisions after handoff. Build and setup have a separate fee from monthly hosting, monitoring, and maintenance, quoted after the audit. Implaxis retains the standard system and workflow it builds; you may request an export of your data. Complete system ownership is a separately quoted, substantially higher-priced option, and code or third-party account transfer is not implied.

A managed digest is quoted after the audit based on its sources, schedule, amount of material, and review needs, with no generic setup fee. The founder reviews each digest before sending it. You confirm source permissions and who decides what to do; access and support are agreed before work begins.
