Start with discovery, then a paid Workflow Audit for one process or a paid Business AI Audit for wider opportunities. We quote the audit fee after discovery. You can stop after the report; if you buy the final service, the full audit fee is credited against it.
Make the next website task easier to complete
You may need a clearer page, a small site, an improved visitor path, or an update to an existing site. The work starts with what visitors need to find or do, then produces a page map, design or implementation, and handoff. Measures may include completed visitor tasks, inquiries, form errors, broken links, performance, or support requests.
What the project can include
The audit can define a page map, design, content, implementation, link and form checks, launch notes, handoff, and separately agreed support. Hosting, security, maintenance, and specialist checks are agreed for each project; larger work may add pages, migration, or integrations.
Please supply verified facts and assets, the site owner, user needs, and access, and confirm how you will accept the work. The site owner must verify the inquiry destination and data handling before approving release; until then, the production form stays held.
- Map the visitor task. Agree what each page should explain and what a visitor should be able to do.
- Prepare and build. Organize approved notes and assets, then implement only the agreed pages and changes.
- Check the work. Test agreed links and forms in the available environment; identify checks that need an accessibility, privacy, security, or code specialist.
- Review and hand off. The founder reviews the work and checks. The site owner verifies the real form destination and data handling, accepts the result, and approves release. Your team operates the site after handoff.
FlowOS Memory keeps approved facts, assets, and review checks with the page work. AI can organize notes; simple tests check links and forms. Unverified details stay marked.
Illustrative workflow
The prepared Example Studio sample organizes supplied notes for a Home page and a Services page, then shows two sample links and local form fixtures. An optional content suggestion groups the notes under “What we do” and “How it works,” while the checks remain based on prepared local examples. The real inquiry destination and data handling are unverified, so the production form and release stay held for the client site owner. This is a local sample, not a live-site test or deployment.

Illustrative workflow using prepared sample data; no live AI or client systems.
Cost, support, and rights
A website build or setup has a separate fee. Hosting, monitoring, and maintenance have monthly costs defined for the project; updates and support are priced separately. The custom quote follows the audit and reflects pages, migration, integrations, and agreed checks.
If the project includes an Implaxis-built system or workflow, Implaxis retains it under the standard arrangement. You may request an export of your data. Complete system ownership is a separately quoted, substantially higher-priced option. The agreement covers domain and site access, code, supplied assets, data export, and third-party rights; no transfer is automatic. You confirm account and asset rights before work begins.
