Every engagement starts with discovery, then a paid Workflow Audit for one process or a paid Business AI Audit for wider opportunities. The audit fee is quoted after discovery.

Keep routine answers and exceptions distinct
Teams often answer the same questions while complaints, account issues and policy exceptions need more care. A review workflow can prepare an answer when approved guidance supports it and route cases that need a person.
Choose who handles the support work
A client-run support system. Implaxis can configure an internal suggested-answer queue for one topic, or a fuller workflow that classifies cases, retrieves cited passages, drafts replies and routes exceptions. Your staff review, correct, approve and send replies; policy owners handle sensitive decisions.
Managed support work. Implaxis can handle a defined topic or portion of the support queue under an agreed volume, hours, review and escalation boundary. The founder reviews each deliverable; your authorized team approves public or consequential action. We quote the recurring work after the audit without a generic setup fee.
What the workflow can produce
Outputs can include approved sources, case categories, answers that name their source, a list of cases to review, a handoff guide and recorded resolutions. Review items show the question, source passage, missing details, draft status and reviewer. We need current guidance, permitted case details, topic and urgency rules, a policy owner and staff capacity. Start with one topic; your team maintains the policy and decides customer-specific cases. Later, backlog, resolution time and corrections can help assess fit. Wider topics or managed coverage need separate scope.
How the work moves
- Set the topic and sources. Choose one support area and its approved guidance.
- Check the case. Software checks required details and whether the guidance covers the question.
- Draft or hand off. AI can find relevant passages and draft an answer; missing details go to a person.
- Review and record. A person checks the source, approves any reply and records the outcome.
Where useful, FlowOS Memory brings together approved guidance, support steps, policy rules and requirements for an answer or handoff. A person corrects or approves the response.
Illustrative example
A prepared support question asks whether an annual-plan refund can be issued automatically, while the sample guide says an account owner reviews adjustments and eligibility depends on the order. The sample has no order number, so the guide cannot confirm the customer's eligibility. A cautious unsent draft offers account-owner review, and a support lead checks the citation before the case is handed over. No reply or refund is issued.

Review, ownership and next step
For a system your team operates, the founder reviews the handoff and initial examples; your team maintains its sources and runs the queue. Build and setup are separate from monthly hosting, monitoring and maintenance. Implaxis retains the system and workflow; you may request a data export. Complete ownership is separately quoted at a substantially higher price.
For managed support, the topic, volume, hours, exceptions and support are scoped after the audit. The founder reviews deliverables; your team approves public or consequential actions. You can stop after the report; if you buy the service, the full audit fee is credited against it.
