Implaxis AICustom AI workflows for business work

Internal Knowledge Assistants

Spend less time searching for company answers

Help staff find answers in manuals, product notes, policies, or project material without starting a file search from scratch. Implaxis can build an internal knowledge assistant your team operates, using approved sources, citations, permissions, and a clear hold for missing or conflicting evidence. Every engagement starts with discovery and a paid audit, quoted afterward.

Give staff an answer they can check

Repeated questions slow work when answers are buried or the latest version is unclear. Start with one curated source set and a narrow question range. A fuller system may add role permissions, freshness checks, feedback, or links to approved workflows when the sources and tools allow.

Your team supplies approved documents, likely questions, source owners, permissions, data boundaries, and update rules. The client owns source accuracy and access. Changes to sources or permissions are scoped with their owner.

Retrieval, checks, and review

Access rules determine which material each user can see. The assistant retrieves relevant passages and drafts an answer with checkable citations. If evidence is stale, missing, restricted, or conflicting, it holds or escalates the answer. It is not for HR, legal, financial, or customer decisions.

Your content owner verifies corrections, resolves competing versions, and decides when an answer is ready. After handoff, your team operates the system and updates sources. Managed curation or quality checks require an agreed source owner, set, and schedule.

What the project can include

Outputs may include a source inventory, permission map, update schedule, answer rules, evaluation questions, and operating guide. The system can add retrieval, citations, feedback, and approved workflow links. Your source owner tests and corrects an initial question set before wider use.

Where useful, FlowOS Memory can bring selected sources, retrieval and citation skills, access rules, and answer requirements into the task. The prepared example does not read live company memory.

Kickoff handoff example

In the prepared sample, an allowed staff role asks what belongs in a kickoff handoff. The cited handbook passage supports “owner, due date, and source link,” but a second fictional checklist says “approver” instead of “source link.” The workflow checks the citations, flags the disagreement, and keeps the answer on hold. A fictional content owner verifies the conflict; no answer is released.

Choose who operates the assistant

A system for your team: Implaxis builds and hands over an assistant your staff operate. Build and setup are separate from monthly hosting, monitoring, and maintenance. Your source owners keep content current. Implaxis retains the system and workflow under the standard model; you may request a data export. Complete ownership is a separately scoped, substantially higher-priced option.

Managed curation or quality checks: Implaxis can perform agreed recurring checks with your content owner. The founder reviews the deliverable before sending it. The custom quote follows the audit, with no automatic setup fee. Source coverage, review frequency, exceptions, and support are set before work starts.

Start with an audit

After discovery, choose a paid Workflow Audit for this assistant or a Business AI Audit for wider opportunities. The report maps the process, recommendations and assumptions, where AI, ordinary checks, and people fit, and a proposed scope, price, and stages. You can stop there; the full audit fee is credited if you buy the final service.
